1913 Romanov Tercentenary 15k group of four bi-colour complete final state proofs in different colour combinations, some small thins otherwise fine. Possibly from Tsar collection sold by R. Lowe auction in 1935 – Lot 16 described as “15 kopeks: … Seventy six die proofs, bi-colored in various combinations of colors” published in the Yamschik-Post Rider 1983, No 12, page 14.
