1858 10c dark green, cut slightly into at top, otherwise clear to large margins, paying the double rate on November 1859 cover to Salta, tied by “FRANCA” ellipse with matching “CORREOS DEL PARANA” ds at lower left, both in blue, some splitting and small portions of paper loss along upper cover edge, stamp hinged for examination and hinged back into cover; an infrequent usage in blue on this denomination; cert.
