1858 10c dark green, cut slightly into at top, otherwise clear to large margins, paying the double rate on November 1859 cover to Salta, tied by « FRANCA » ellipse with matching « CORREOS DEL PARANA » ds at lower left, both in blue, some splitting and small portions of paper loss along upper cover edge, stamp hinged for examination and hinged back into cover; an infrequent usage in blue on this denomination; cert.
