1862-64 9d Bistre pl.2 mint, marginal example from the upper right of the sheet showing “Crown/ (PO)OSTAGE / 9d.” in blue at upper right, large part original gum, centred low though cut so as to clear the perfs. at base, excellent colour and a fresh stamp, despite the accompanying cert. RPS (1978) nonsensically stating soiled (SG £5’800).
