1855-56, Pair of envelopes from the Crimean War, one with 1d red vert. strip of three to Scotland cancelled on arrival in London with “47” numerals, other with strip of three 1d to Ireland tied by “81” London numerals, each with different type of “POST OFFICE / BRITISH ARMY” cds on reverse, usual cover toning and creasing, a nice pair.
