1855-56, Pair of envelopes from the Crimean War, one with 1d red vert. strip of three to Scotland cancelled on arrival in London with « 47 » numerals, other with strip of three 1d to Ireland tied by « 81 » London numerals, each with different type of « POST OFFICE / BRITISH ARMY » cds on reverse, usual cover toning and creasing, a nice pair.
