1860 20c light greenish grey-blue, just touched, on 12.7.1860 wrapper from Livorno to Genoa, tied by Livorno cds, underpaid with “P.D.” obliterated with five-bar cancel and showing cursive “Insufficente” hs, ms “3”, “Da Livorno / VIA DI MARE” hs, arrival bs, a very fine and scarce usage; cert. Raybaudi (1982).
