1860 20c light greenish grey-blue, just touched, on 12.7.1860 wrapper from Livorno to Genoa, tied by Livorno cds, underpaid with « P.D. » obliterated with five-bar cancel and showing cursive « Insufficente » hs, ms « 3 », « Da Livorno / VIA DI MARE » hs, arrival bs, a very fine and scarce usage; cert.
