1862, 5 Rp. braun, 4. Berner Druckperiode, 8 Einzelmarken, recht guter Schnitt (kleine übliche Fehler bei einer solchen Frankatur), auf Trauerbrief von Genf nach Strasbourg, je entwertet mit schwarzem Einkreisstempel « GENEVE EXPE 20 NOVE 62 1 9 1/2 », nebengesetzt PD im Kasten und « 7 A. E. D. », rückseitig Transitstempel Basel und St. Louis, sowie Ankunftsstempel Strasbourg. Eine spektakuläre, wohl einmalige Massenfrankatur. Attest Eichele 2008.
