1934 Duck Hunting Permit stamps collection 1934-2013, complete with never hinged 1934, 1938, 1939-40, 1943-49, 1953, 1956, 1968, 1970, 1973 onwards are never hinged, the issues for 1935, 1937, 1941-42, 1952, 1969, 1971 and 1985 pen cancels, the others hinged, fine fresh condition, ex. Weinman-Lays.
