1916, letter from Shiraz to Bushire, franked on back with a single 1911 9 ch brown and purple, tied by Purple Chiraz (départ) 21 Dec. 1916. On front is Bouchir arrival postmark 3 Jan. 1817, along with ‘Passed Censor Bushire’ and purple oval ‘Dar Kazeroun Taftish Shod’ (Inspected at Kazeroun). An important entire with the purple Kazeroun censor marking that was in use from December 1916 to January 1917. With some parts of upper right corner of envelope missing.
