Description
1919 (21 Jul) cover Zandjan to Hamadan franked with pair of 3ch 1919 Zinc Plate issue, paying the domestic rate. The pair shows ‘short 1’ varieties, in transit the cover was opened and censored by the British forces in Kazvin with ‘opened by censor’ tape applied and tied two negative handstamps.
