1898-1904 accumulation with sets of 12 and 3 hinged mint, eight items of postal history including scrace printed matter 1900 2c wrapper to Genoa endorsed “Per Royal Mail/ via Jacmel”, the stamp with (monogram?) perfin, 10c rate covers to USA. Italy and France, 20c registered to Switzerland, new Palm Tree 10c and 20c covers plus 1900 3c rate postcard to Holland with printed ‘Par Royal Mail’. Also 1902 Provisional Government issues with identified forgery types.
