1874 entire from Cap Haitien to Havre, endorsed “par packet St Thomas” franked at 1f rate with Ceres 1870-71 40c and 1871-75 30c pair, tied Anchor lozenge in black, at centre between stamps violet octagonal consular date stamp and framed PD, reverse with Ligne B cds, vertical filing crease to left and two seals removed from reverse.
