Jhalawar POSTAGE DUE seals on two postcards, one incoming from LATUR 1900 to Panchpahad in Jhalawar district. The second a local printed postcard without imperial postage but used internally for local usage as the postage due seal and delivery seal both present. The sender did not pay local delivery postage within the state hence rectangular postage due seal was applied, both showing the type II seal. A unusual set with one imperial and one local postcard, scarce and fine.
