02.05.1940 Dungarpur private postal envelope of Shri Ramchandra Laxman Bank and Treasurers Dungarpur to Sagwada with 2 x 1/2a vermillion (SG10) canceled by circular stamp dated 2 may 1944 in hindi, also says “Zaroori” meaning urgent in hindi thus paying double rate of 1a for local delivery, rare example of postal history showing rate for urgent delivery.
