1947-49 Bahawalpur collection complete representation on pages. Starts with court fee set and a sheet all overprinted “Waterlow & Sons Ltd, SPECIMEN” (scarce, archival material). All stamps of the state from first issues, portrait issues and UPU sets and also service overprints in red and black. Very fine (SG £1200+).
