1700-1900, Cover album with early 18th century mail to 1880s with a group of twelve entires from 1701, one for each month from France to London, each with a Bishops mark, 1775 entire to Foundling Hospital, London with fine triangular Penny Post Paid date stamp, Scottish Road Tax covers including 1828 entire from SAVANNA-LA-MAR/ JA (Jamaica) showing framed green 1/2 handstamp, 1843 Newport Pagnell cover with 1d tied very fine ‘9’ in Maltese Cross, plus used loose stamps with the other numbers except 4, loose 1d’s with Security overprints or underprints, late 1880s Hoster machine cancel covers (3) or card, 1869 Insufficiently Prepaid mourning cover to Canada, Used Abroad cancels and covers including 5s used C83 of Rio de Janeiro, ex. Weinman-Lays.
