1841 2d blue pl.3 AA-EF mint marginal inscriptional block of 30 from the upper left of the sheet with full deckle edge on two sides showing part inscription “PRICE 2d. Per Label. 2/- Per Row of 12. £2 Per Sheet… Place the Labels ABOVE the addrefs and Tow” and additionally showing the plate number “3”, each stamp overprinted “SPECIMEN” large part original gum; some wrinkling or faults though a magnificent block, and a major exhibition rarity.
