1863 prepaid entire letter sent from Smyrna to Beirut, Lebanon, struck at top with framed “P.P.” in greenish-blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 148) with circular “COMPAGNIE RUSSE DE NAVIGATION/SMYRNE” despatch date stamp 11 Sep. (fig. 150) Superb and of the highest rarity.
