1864-69, pair of cover fronts to Constantinople with the earlier bearing France 1862 10c bistre (2) and 40c orange (2) all tied by bold strikes of “5087” large number lozenges, with “PD” and “IBRAILA / VALACHIE” pearled cds in blue (23 April 1864), the later bearing France 1867 40c orange (2) tied by “5087” large number lozenge in blue with framed “PD” and fair “IBRAILA / VALACHIE” pearled cds in blue (19 June 1869).
