1864-69, pair of cover fronts to Constantinople with the earlier bearing France 1862 10c bistre (2) and 40c orange (2) all tied by bold strikes of « 5087 » large number lozenges, with « PD » and « IBRAILA / VALACHIE » pearled cds in blue (23 April 1864), the later bearing France 1867 40c orange (2) tied by « 5087 » large number lozenge in blue with framed « PD » and fair « IBRAILA / VALACHIE » pearled cds in blue (19 June 1869).
