Austrian Consular Post in Romania (Moldavia, Levant): 1862/1866 Group of 3 entire letters sent from Galati to Vienna, bearing different postage due rates (30k in 1862, 20k & 15k in 1866) to be paid on arrival. The items bear two different Gallatz/Galatz postmarks (Tchilinghirian fig. 743, 744). Horizontal file folds, but an interesting lot for the student of postal history.
