Description
Austrian Consular Post in Romania (Levant): 1860/61 certificate of posting for a value letter sent from Bucharest on 16/8/1860 and a unpaid letter sent on 6/5/1861 from Jassy to Vienna. The item bears the “BUKAREST” consular cds (Tchilinghirian Fig. 713), missing the date. The printed document has some holes and toning, the letter some file folds and is signed Pascanu.
