1922 Essay / original artwork (size 210 x 170 mm) in pencil and chalk on thin card by painter Ludovic Bassarab for the Coronation Issue. The 2 Lei unadopted design depicts Queen Marie as Red Cross war nurse. Very fine condition, very rare item.
