1922 Essay / original artwork (size 205 x 160 mm) in pencil and chalk on thin card by painter Ludovic Bassarab for the Coronation Issue. The 50 bani unadopted design (the frame similar to 3L issued stamp) depicts King Ferdinand in army suit. Very fine condition, very rare item.
