1896/1920: Group of six philatelic franking covers bearing the stamps of the 1st Romanian Issue in Constantinople, Turkey; two covers bearing Hungarian stamps overprinted at Cluj in 1919 and three covers bearing the stamps and censorship markings of the Romanian occupation of Hungary in Debrecen (1920). Generally fine to very fine condition.
