1864 30 parale United Principalities printed from plates, a fine rich colour, four margin example on cover sent on 6/10 (1864) from Bucharest to Turnu Severin, nice and clear arrival postmark from 11/10 on reverse. A scarce cover franked with the 1864 Issue stamp that was in use only for less than 4 months. Some folds far from the stamp, fine condition.
