1917 War Tax 1d red in marginal horizontal strip of 12 unused without gum, the central pair showing ‘ovpt omitted (in pair with normal)’, the two stamps to the left show small traces of the opt at top, then 3 are without opt. The 5 stamps to the right are ‘normal’ examples. A most attractive and scarce multiple.
