Lot 65654 – The Joe Foley and William Fletcher study collections

The Joe Foley and William Fletcher study collections that was remounted by Barry Cousins. This collection shows the low values from T15 to T19 and T25 to T38, neatly mounted and knowledgeably written up on over 60 album pages. This study focuses on the Thom overprints with the constant line alignment varieties and overprint flaws, mostly mint singles, strips and blocks, some used, a wonderful lot for the student (100’s)
