Kilkenny – Moincoin: 1858 Envelope from Carlow addressed to Moincoin, Kilkenny, franked 1d red tied by clear “97” diamond obliterator of Carlow, showing a superb strike of the sans serif MOINCOIN undated circular receiver in black, part flap missing, Kane Type 4B but at the time unrecorded for this locality
