Tyrone, to Edinburgh, prepaid “1/2 1/2” which included the Scots Additional 172d Wheel Tax, endorsed by the sender Post Paid and showing the postmasters improvised rating in red “PM 1/ 1/2″ and “Paid at Pomeroy”, with framed No.1 receiving house mark and matching DUNGANNON PENNY POST, unusual & scarce
