1816 Folded letter sheet from Longford to Dublin, showing a straight 2-line “LONGFORD” mileage in red and two strikes of the unframed “T• OFF” (Treasurers Office) hs, rated “8” and uprated to “10”, a very fine and rare usage of T.Off mkg.
