1937 (MR 8) cover to Vanikoro, Solomon Islands bearing single franking 1 1/2d tied unclear cds, to left arrival cds of 14 OC, the envelope apparently not called for and redirected to Zirl, Tyrol, Austria with despatch date stamps front and back of 16 FE 38, there is no final arrival but there is a manuscript note stating arrival as 31 Mai 1938; fine and most unusual.
