Essay by Harrison & Sons of London for the Consular Service. An imperforate stamp depicting King Fouad with a value of 200m, on glossy paper in blue, fine. The portrait of the King is the same as the one used for the £E1 1924 definitive stamp, wonderful, attractive and very rare.
