Description
1884 Fourth Issue 20pa surcharge on 5pi, inverted surcharge, m.n.h. and three stamps m.l.h., unused block of four, the inverted surcharge at bottom shows variety large hole in crossbar of figure 2, an extremely fine multiple, with certificate Charles Hass 1997, noting “extremely fresh and completely sound and without faults”.
