1879 Provisional Surcharge issue, 10pa on 2 1/2pi violet, perf. 12 1/2, pair mint with one stamp lightly hinged, displaying a very striking partially missing overprint, and double vertical perforation, with full decorative margin at top, one slightly rounded corner and a few diagonal paper folds, a fine and remarkable combination of ovpt. and perforation variety.
