Switzerland, Neuchatel – 1851 Poste Locale 5c, celluloid cliché in dark vermilion with reversed image without the central cross, an important documentation of Sperati’s two-stage printing process (resembling the printing of the original stamp), dated “7/49” and showing other manuscript production notations.
