Tangier: 1936 (Nov 23) envelope sent registered to Austria with 1935-36 re-engraved 3f on 2s6d corner marginal, cancelled by Tangier registered oval ds with matching example on reverse, underpaid and franked on arrival by two 10g postage dues tied by Graz cds, stamp toned, very uncommon with underpaid mail.
