Rabat: 1907-12 issue on 18 covers/cards, incl. “Paquet” cover with five 10c on 1d tied by Gibraltar-period “A26” numerals and interestingly matching cover on the same day with five 5c on 1/2d tied by cds (both covers torn), large part parcel wrapper endorsed “Echantillon” (samples) sent registered to Sweden), KGV 5c & KEVII 40c orange reg’d to Sweden, ppc to Singapore with year in cds manually altered from “01” to “10” on three strikes, 5c strip of five to Austria, 25c franking to USA, 10c franking to England, 7 picture postcards and one with John Bull advert (illustrated in Stotter o.64), and 1914 philatelic franking with 8 values (first day of sale of the KGV issues?), an attractive lot.
