Rabat: 1911 (Dec 5) envelope sent registered from Rabat to France with 1907-12 5c on 1/2d vert. pair, 10c on 2d vert. pair and 15c on 1 1/2d each tied by Rabat registered oval ds, with registration label and “TOO LATE” hs (39.5mm) adjacent, the only known example of this type of “Too Late” hs, very fine.
