Fez: 1906 (Dec 31) 30c registered envelope sent from Fez to Tangier with 1907 20c on 2d used before the date of issue, tied by “A26” barred oval and registered oval 31 DEC 06 ds (also cancelling reg’n die and further strike adjacent), reverse with Tangier 5 JA 07 arrival cds, very fine, the only recorded item with a pre-release date.
