1914-26 Waterlow Seahorse 12p on 10s indigo-blue with “SPECIMEN” ovpt (type GB23) in mint n.h. right marginal block of 4, from plate HV7 with partial proving guide mark in margin at top, very fine and fresh; ex NPM archives (Robson Lowe April 1984, still with the presentation lot card from the auction).
Note: The usual 10s UPU “SPECIMEN” ovpt is a different type (GB26).
