1867 (Apr 17) wrapper to England with 1865-67 6d pl.5 pair tied bx “C” barred ovals, with “INSUFFICIENTLY / PREPAID” arced hs at left in blue with matching despatch cds on reverse, ms “1/” with “MORE TO PAY” circular hs struck on arrival along with Manchester cds, some minor foxing, a scarce underpaid cover with only a handful of covers known with this handstamp, ex Derek Seaton.
