1857 (Nov 11) wrapper from Bridgetown to St. Lucia, with two 1855-58 (1d) deep blue, both four margined (one with small cut in right margin and other with paper fold at lower right), both tied by “1” barred numerals with ms “8” on arrival (twice the 4d inter-Antillean rate), reverse with Barbadoes double arc despatch and arrival double arc ds, a scarce double rate franking.
