1931 Air Issue group of 8 original drawings by Carlos Rochall of the accepted designs, the drawing for the 20c including his marginal notes in pencil, 3 of the designs being the designs for the Pesos denominations which were not issued. In addition 2 Essays affixed to cardboard for proposed 1931 provisional surcharges from the Museo Postal, Asuncion. An interesting and valuable addition to collection. Auction
