1917-19 “Gourde” Handstamped issues group incl. 5c on 1906 50c postage due on unsealed mourning cover tied by Port au Prince 13 JAN 21 cds with further strike adjacent (noted by the vendor only 1’698 surcharged and less than 10 covers recorded), cover from the American Consular Service in Gonaives with 2c on 15c pair, 1c on 10c single and on reverse 1c on 10c vertical pair with lower stamp showing large part double surcharge, cover to France with “S 2 D” on 1c pair and 5c on 10c, “S 2 D” on postcard, 5c on 10c pair on pc, some mint and used, plus 1915 OHSM envelope endorsed “Avis de Reception” with two 1914 “GL O.Z.” 5c to the USA.
