1924-26 watermark block cypher 1½d. red-brown imperf. imprimatur, large part original gum, fine and very rare. One of only three known which do not emanate from the NPM archive sale and without the “NPM/IMPRIMATUR” handstamp on reverse. Ex Shaida.
