A81: 1868 (Jun 14) small envelope addressed to Charles Tomkin at Royal Naval college, Portsmouth (a Navigational Instructor and Mathematical Master at the Royal Naval College), reverse with fine blue illustration for H.M.S. Crocodile, franked 6d at Officers rate tied ‘A81’ cancel, backstamped Portsmouth. B.P.A. Cert (1995).
