1864 (Aug 25) envelope from Kibworth Harcourt (Leicestershire) to Bern in Switzerland, bearing 1854 2d blue and 1863 4d red pl.4 (trimmed wing margin), both struck by clear” B66″ duplex, endorsed ‘Via France’ with red PD and French Calais transit adjacent, various transits on reverse and Berne arrival 28 Aug, a charming envelope with a mixed issue franking.
